Louňovice pod Blaníkem

An Early Baroque, originally an archbishopric chateau with a Renaissance centre, built on the place of a Gothic citadel in the 17th century.

Expositions: The history of Louňovice and Podblanicko area, the results of archaeological investigations in the original Premonstratensian convent. Nearby is the mountain Velký Blaník (Great Blaník) connected with the legend about the Knights of Blaník. An exposition of the older history of the National Museum in Prague.
