Velké Březno

A chateau built in 1842-1854 for Karel Chotek in the style of the Austrian Late Empire. Rebuilt at the turn of the 19th and the 20th century into a Neo-Renaissance villa. An English park with rare sorts of trees.

Historical interiors with original equipment (a dining hall, a dancing hall, a library, the Choteks´ Gallery etc.). One of the latest feudal buildings in the Czech Republic. Music composer F. Liszt stayed here for a period of time.
