Bob-sleigh track, Slide Land Lipno nad Vltavou

The bob-sleigh track at Lipno ranks with its parameters to the absolute world top.

The visitors may get on the comfortable bob-sleighs provided with rubber wheels either by one or in pair, leading to the place of start is the 420 metres long tow.

Awaiting further already is the almost one kilometre long slope through the trough of stainless steel sheet with many curves, a tunnel and terrain dislocations. It depends on the individual drivers, whether they prefer the exciting and quick downhill or whether they prefer to go slowly, with the hand on the brake handle, down to the valley and enjoy the wonderful views of the Lipno lake. At the bob-sleigh track also the parents with children already from three years of age will get their fun, the children of eight and older will master the bob-sleigh easily by themselves. Thanks to installed heating of the whole track its operation does not depend on the mood of the weather, and so the wheel bob-sleighs go in the stainless steel trough, without any interruption, during the whole winter. Moreover, everybody may make sure about his speed on the installed radar with display.
