Prague Christmas 8 – 13 December 2010
Music is an inseparable part of the Christmas holiday season. The 11th International Festival of Advent and Christmas Music will be taking place in the churches and concert halls of Prague – a music festival competition to please everyone with a fondness for Christmas carols and traditions.

Advent in Brewery Museum in Pilsen 11 – 13 December 2010
On the third weekend of Advent, Brewery Museum in Pilsen prepared a special advent program for visitors, which will include a demonstration of Christmas traditions.

Christmas market at Jindrichuv Hradec Castle 11 – 13 December 2010
Traditional pre-Christmas event with Christmas market, crafts demonstrations, Nativity Scene with live animals and Christmas music in the courtyard of the castle. Visitors can try running of a scullery, one of the oldest and best preserved castles kitchen in our country.

Nove Hrady Castle 11 – 12, 18 – 19. December 2010
Special Christmas tours with a title “Christmas with Mr. Chamberlain” takes visitors to the time of the first half of the 20th century, when castle rooms served as a housing for lordly staff. Visitors can feel the true atmosphere of Christmas in five decorated rooms.

Trebon Chateau 11 - 12, 18 - 19, 27 - 30 December 2010
Special Christmas tours of the route B take visitors through Christmas decorated historic rooms, where Swarzenbergs spent Christmas. Costumed tours of the route A with Peter Vok and White Lady on 11th and 18th December 2010.

On 29th December, 07:00 pm - Christmas concert at the chapel of the Schwarzenberg tomb: Czech Christmas Mass by Jan Jakub Ryba.

Christmas in Wallachian Museum in Roznov pod Radhostem 11 – 12 December 2010
You can enjoy Wallachian Christmas atmosphere in the oldest Central European museum in Roznov pod Radhostem. In warm cottages you can see folk customs, such as baking and decorating of gingerbread, spinning and weaving, production of wooden toys, casting of candles, woodcutters and blacksmiths at work. Christmas market offering gifts made by traditional craftmen with a rich program in the Wallachian Museum will take place on 11th December.
