This herbal small spa is located in the suburbs of the village Komorní Lhotka in the beautiful countryside in the slope of the Beskydy Mountains the Godula. Its location on the edge of the forest provides a sufficient rest and also good accessibility. It offers you a perfect background for a pleasant and effective relax, not only for the body, but also the soul.
A bit of history
In 1860 a farmer Jiří Valice discovered a spring on his land and established a first primitive wooden spa with 3 baths and a name Quellen Bad there. The spa was taken over by a forest management after the establishment of Czechoslovakia in 1921, and the spa was rebuilt to 4 cabins with baths for herbal baths. As a historical rarity of the village is this spa operated until present days and in addition to the original offer of herbal baths it offers also massages, consultations with doctors and refreshment.
Baths
As all we know, medicinal plants are a cornerstone of natural medicines, and therefore already in antiquity they had made the most important part for treating deseases of people.
The baths are prepared from dried herbs here and takes effect also aromatic. Water temperature ranges between 35-38 °C, the recommended time is about 15 to 20 minutes.
After completion of the bath you spend another 20 minutes on the couch, wrapped in a sheet and warm blankets. This continuation procedure leads to a further relaxation of the body and intensifies a pleasant feeling. Baths have a long-term effect if it is followed daily or every other day in a total at least 10 baths.
Massages are a good ending of own baths. The body is suitable ready for massages thanks the bath and it increases the positive effect to psychic and physical health of the client.
