Hotel Chateau Kotěra

The Hotel Chateau Kotěra is located within a reconstructed castle in the middle of an extensive castle park in the parish of Ratboř, not far from Kolín.

Ratboř castle was built by the architect Jan Kotěra for the Mandelik family, owners of a sugar factory in Ratboř, between 1911 and 1913.

Accommodation in the historic castle building is provided in period furnished rooms and in the former orangery building. Thanks to their size and architectural treatment, each room maintains its original atmosphere. The hotel restaurant offers a selection of specialities of Mediterranean cuisine and a large range of wines from around the world. In the summer, it is possible to gather on the terrace, join in an outdoor grill or take breakfast on the castle terrace with a view over the park.

The Hotel Chateau Kotěra offers its guests the possibility of sporting and relaxation activities. Guests have at their disposal a sauna, a fitness studio, a swimming pool in the castle grounds, tennis courts and bicycles for hire. The castle surroundings are also suitable for those who are joggers.
