Offpark Sušice – the biggest adrenaline centre in Šumava

In Sušice, you will find the biggest centre for adrenaline sports in the Pilsen region. Offpark Sušice allows visitors to take part in many activities, both in the city and in its surroundings.

• Rope park
Sušice Rope Park has grown amongst the living trees, within which more than two kilometres of ropes and 34 barriers provide three tracks with different levels of difficulty – from simple tracks for children to an extremely difficult track for specialists.
• Offball
Offball (zorbing) involves rolling down a slope in a transparent bubble at up to forty-kilometres an hour.
• Jumping shoes
Jumping shoes allow one to take jumps of up to 5 metres long and 2 metres high.
• Off-road scooters
A five-kilometre downhill ride from the Svatobor hill, with a height difference of 370 m, which can be conquered using an off-road scooter.
• Rafting
During a three-hour, 12-kilometre sightseeing cruise by raft on the River Otava, visitors will certainly take notice of the largest castle ruins of Rabí castle. Depending on the water conditions, other more challenging rafting programmes are possible.
• Kite
The autumn flying experience will be intensified using the controllable acrobatic kite (at the optimum wind speed of 4 to 10 m/s).
• Tandem skydiving
Up to 50 seconds of free fall with an experienced tandem-pilot, followed by three to five minutes of parachute flying, awaits those interested in tandem skydiving from an altitude of 4,300 metres and at a speed 200 km per hour.
• Diving
You can dive to the bottom of a crystal clear quarry with an experienced instructor and the use of professional scuba diver equipment.
• Sightseeing flights:
 in the Blaník glider;
 forty-minute flight in a motorised airplane;
 flying in an American McDowell Douglas helicopter at speeds of up to 244 km per hour;
 and flying in a hot air balloon.

Instructors to provide interested persons with basic information on safety and limitations are available for each adrenaline activity.
