Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. It is necessary to agree to these terms while making a new reservation.

1. Service description and payment

This website is operated by B-group. We serve as a mediator between hotels and users to enable them the easy possibility to seek and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. We cannot guarantee that all information is error free.

All hotel prices on B-group website are per room per stay in EUR. Please check the hotel details to see what is included in the price. All rates are valid only at the time of booking. Hotels may change the room rates depending on their actual availability, but this will not apply to already confirmed bookings. In case of booking an accommodation, you will pay for your stay at the hotel after currency conversion in czech crowns. After your booking hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details and also for a security of whole our server.

A payment for other services (transfers, tours, ..) is required to be paid in full in advance. Your credit card information will be sent directly to B-group to guarantee your reservation.

The payment will be carried out by a credit card through a web 3D secure server operated by the company GLOBAL PAYMENTS (MUZO).

All our services are free of charge. B-group will not add any additional fees to rates, like a reservation fee.

2. Privacy

B-group guarantees high level of security of client´s personal dates and their reservations. We will not give your personal dates to the third party under any circumstances. Your personal dates will be used only to process your booking.

3. Cancellation

We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or in case of no show, the hotel will charge you a fee which depends on conditions of each hotel.

The usual period for cancellation free of charge of other our services (transfers, tours, ..) you ordered is 48 hours before the beginning of the service. If the cancellation should take place after this term, you will be charged a cancellation fee, which usually makes up to 100% of the total price of the services you ordered. In case of well-timed cancellation, the full amount will be refund to you reduced by bank charges during 10 days.

You can easily cancel your order online. Click on “My Booking” in the main web page and follow the instructions. Cancellation of services must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or per our web sites) to B-group. Cancellation made directly with the services provider or the accommodation facility will not be deemed valid.
